My family is from the south, so we would call this pizza bianca ("white pizza) - and nobody really made it at home. But I became obsessed with it when we went to Genoa, and Rand and I seek out whenever we're in Liguria.   • Took a walk today, because, well, what else is there to do? Apparently a lot of folks had the same idea, because keeping my six feet of distance from everyone was tricky (I walked down the center of a lot of side streets). And while the sidewalks were full, the stores were empty and locked up - and it's so hard to see that and not know what the long term impact of this will be. A good reminder to support places if you can, keep your distance, wash your hands, buy gift certificates, tip your delivery driver, don't take more than what you need, and remember: we're all in this together.
